Psychologue clinicien à Rabat, j’accompagne les adolescents, les adultes et les couples autour de l’anxiété, des TOC, des traumatismes, des difficultés relationnelles, de l’estime de soi et des périodes de crise.

Mon approche est intégrative, avec une base en thérapies cognitives et comportementales, et tient compte des pensées, des émotions, des comportements, de l’histoire personnelle et du contexte de vie.

Je suis formé à la TCC à la Faculté de Médecine de Casablanca, ainsi qu’à l’approche psychodynamique à l’EPHEP de Paris.

J’interviens également dans le domaine de l’aéronautique auprès de pilotes, sur les questions de stress, de vigilance et de performance humaine.

Je vous accueille sans jugement, dans un cadre confidentiel, respectueux de votre rythme et de votre demande.
